And it's not like I ever got anything official so it's not like a "break-up", or anything, so I guess we can still be "friends" or something. Katie doesn't do well with this thought. Being left behind is always personal, and even if the whole "it's not you, it's me" cliche has been leveled at me, it doesn't change the same little 8 year old's voice inside me screaming DON'T LEAVE ME!
