Thats the sweeties playing together with a rather crudely named device called a "Pump and Run". Though it sounds like something a man would cook up to describe a sexual encounter its actually this silly little mouse on a wheel with a pump to make it come out of one side or the other. It amuses the hell out of them. As you can see though Teen Tine (the black one) thinks that Peep should pay more attention to him, but then again he is just a little boy.
